Dear Prime Minister,
We Pakistanis have followed your struggles, you gave Pakistan a glorious World Cup that thrills us to this day. Your becoming Prime Minister after 22 years of struggle is no mean achievement.
The Prime ministership of Pakistan is the most powerful position in Pakistan. To hear you say that “I cannot do this and I cannot do that” makes it obvious that you are surrounded by the wrong people.
The Prime Minister can do anything, even break the law as many of your predecessors have shown and done.
We do not wish you to break any laws but you must issue orders that these particular criminals should be incarcerated until their crimes have been quashed. Till that time they should be treated as the criminals that they are. They have violated the votes they were given.
The 200 million people of Pakistan have only this asset of which they can be proud…the vote. Prime Minister you are being misled. On this earth, you are the most powerful, whosoever tries to convince you otherwise, is mistaken and seeks to undermine your authority. Your authority knows no bounds.
We trust your judgement and when history is written, you will be the finest Prime Minister history ever provided if you exercise your powers. The people advising you are creating obstacles because they are paid to do so.
Prime Minister just lock up the crooks and bail should be cancelled for those who are running free. We the people do not understand how you are deemed to be powerless. Your predecessors have dismissed army chiefs, they have dismissed presidents, mullahs and ministers. Their power is extreme and extends as far as they can choose.
They are limited only by their own will. No other person can oppose their will. This is the power of the Prime Minister.
The chair you occupy is the one that is most sought after. People are assassinated for it. Your 22 years of struggle are proof of your difficulties of getting to this seat. Do you really believe the advice you have been given that you do not have these powers? They are wrong and you are following wrong advice.
You are the most powerful man in Pakistan. Whoever disobeys you should be in jail. You cannot allow the false pandits to misguide you. Show them your power. Do not disappoint us by telling us “I cannot do this and I cannot do that.”
Please become aware that the Prime Minister of Pakistan can do anything. You are even more powerful than a martial law dictator because you represent the wishes and dreams of 200 million people.
